1 \u2013 Our machines and goods travel at risk of the buyer, even when they gave back or shipped free.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n2 \u2013 Whatever the method of shipment, the recipient must, in case of damage, make the necessary reservations from

3 \u2013 Drawings, prints, weight, give approximate information and are subject to change. We reserve the right to make changes,

4 \u2013 Delivery times are given for information purposes, as accurately as possible, without commitment, a delay may not, under

5 \u2013 Strikes from us or our suppliers, broken machinery or essential equipment parts recognized unusable during manufacture,
\ntransportation disruptions, floods, epidemics: the lack of power and generally any cause of stopping or decreasing production,

6 \u2013 The machinery and equipment are sold, took at our CHAMBON-FEUGEROLLES factory.<\/p>\n
7 \u2013 They are guaranteed for 6 months against any defects in construction materials. Our responsibility is limited to replacing
\noutright to our workshop in a normal period, recognized defective parts.<\/p>\n
8 \u2013 Our goods are payable in cash.<\/p>\n
9 \u2013 Our treaties or accepted payments are not an exception to this place of payment.<\/p>\n
10 \u2013 Payments cannot be delayed under any pretext whatsoever even in the event of a dispute.<\/p>\n
11 \u2013 In accordance with Article L. 441-6 of the Commercial Code, if the settlement days following the payment date on the
\ninvoice, late payment penalties are due based on the refinancing rate of the European Central Bank increased by 10 points, and
\ncompensation of \u20ac 40.<\/p>\n
12 \u2013 In the event that we have given a settlement in installments for a portion of the deposit with the order, the non-payment of
\nbills will result in the delay of delivery.<\/p>\n
