• 1 – Our machines and goods travel at risk of the buyer, even when they gave back or shipped free.

2 – Whatever the method of shipment, the recipient must, in case of damage, make the necessary reservations from
transporters.

3 – Drawings, prints, weight, give approximate information and are subject to change. We reserve the right to make changes,
which we believe are useful.

4 – Delivery times are given for information purposes, as accurately as possible, without commitment, a delay may not, under
any pretext whatsoever, give rise to any compensation.

5 – Strikes from us or our suppliers, broken machinery or essential equipment parts recognized unusable during manufacture,
transportation disruptions, floods, epidemics: the lack of power and generally any cause of stopping or decreasing production,
constitute available justifying delivery delays.

6 – The machinery and equipment are sold, took at our CHAMBON-FEUGEROLLES factory.

7 – They are guaranteed for 6 months against any defects in construction materials. Our responsibility is limited to replacing
outright to our workshop in a normal period, recognized defective parts.

8 – Our goods are payable in cash.

9 – Our treaties or accepted payments are not an exception to this place of payment.

10 – Payments cannot be delayed under any pretext whatsoever even in the event of a dispute.

11 – In accordance with Article L. 441-6 of the Commercial Code, if the settlement days following the payment date on the
invoice, late payment penalties are due based on the refinancing rate of the European Central Bank increased by 10 points, and
compensation of € 40.

12 – In the event that we have given a settlement in installments for a portion of the deposit with the order, the non-payment of
bills will result in the delay of delivery.

13 – In case of dispute, the courts of SAINT-ETIENNE have exclusive jurisdiction.

14 – We are under an obligation we reserve the right to modify, without prior notice, the price and terms of our offer and our
prices.

15 – A command is considered final when we confirmed our acceptance.

16 – Retention of title: the goods subject of this sale, are sold subject to the payment of the price, otherwise, the claim may be
brought to bear upon them, under the provisions of the Law 80,335 of May 12, 1980.
